摘要 针对传统激光功率计存在测量精度低、智能程度低、携带不便等缺点,文中设计了一款性能优良的激光功率测量系统。设计选用热电堆探测器为信号检测传感器,该信号经过滤波、程控放大、模数转换,输入到微控制器LPC1754进行计算与处理。利用热电堆探测器光谱响应范围宽,响应度曲线整体平整,随波长变化很小的特点,在计算过程中只使用单一的响应系数,并采用归零补偿、波长响应度补偿、归一化补偿等补偿措施,使测量结果更加精确。测试结果显示,该系统测量误差在±5%以内,具有良好的推广和使用价值。 Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional laser power meter,such as low measurement accuracy,low intelligence and inconvenience to carry,this paper designed a laser power measurement system with excellent performance.The thermoelectric reactor detector was selected as the signal detection sensor in the design.The signal was filtered,programmed and amplified,and converted into the microcontroller LPC1754 for calculation and processing.Using the characteristics of wide spectrum response range of thermoelectric reactor detector,the whole response curve was flat,and the change with the wavelength was very small,only a single response coefficient was used in the calculation process,and compensation measures such as zerocompensation,wavelength response compensation and normalization compensation were adopted to make the measurement results more accurate.The test results show that the measurement error of the system is within ±5%,which has good promotion and use value.
