摘要
现有的压力测试仪难以适应石油石化等对高等级防爆要求的特殊行业的技术需求,文中采用独立设计的波登管光纤光栅压力传感器与密集型波分复用器(DWDM)解调技术相结合,并与微光探测技术、光电开关技术进行有效集成,同时借助自行开发的信号处理软件,研制出一种完整的全光纤压力测试仪。该测试仪系统集成性强、自动化程度高,压力测试仪的传感器波长调谐灵敏度为0.28 nm/MPa,引用误差为1%。
Existing pressure testers are difficult to meet the technical requirements of special industries requiring high-grade explosion protection,such as petroleum and petrochemical industries.In this paper,an independently designed Boden tube FBG pressure sensor was combined with dense wavelength division multiplexer(DWDM)demodulation technology,and integrated effectively with low light detection technology and photoelectric switch technology.With the help of self developed signal processing software,a complete optical fiber pressure tester was developed.The instrument system has high integration and high degree of automation,the sensor wavelength tuning sensitivity of the pressure tester is 0.28 nm/MPa,and the reference error is 1%.
