摘要
目的:观察皮肤保护膜在预防脑血管造影术后患者使用动脉压迫止血器所致医用胶粘剂相关性皮肤损伤的应用效果。方法:采用非同期对照研究,纳入25例接受脑血管造影术且术后使用动脉压迫止血器的患者作为试验组,试验组术前30 min采用皮肤保护膜局部喷涂进行预防;将试验组与接受脑血管造影术并使用动脉压迫止血器,但未采用皮肤保护膜局部喷涂的25例对照组患者进行比较。结果:试验组25例患者中患者医用粘胶剂相关性皮肤损伤的发生率为12%,对照组发生率为72%,试验组明显低于对照组(OR:0.053,95%CI:0.012~0.235),可认为使用皮肤保护膜是MARSI发生的保护因素。试验组的移除胶布时间较对照组更短[(3.12±0.21)min vs.(3.64±0.71)min,P<0.001] NRS疼痛评分更低[(1.72±0.57)分vs.(2.36±0.96)分,P<0.001]。结论:皮肤保护膜的使用可预防脑血管病介入术后医用胶粘剂相关性皮肤损伤的发生,能有效地改善脑血管病介入术后胶布移除的便利程度,减轻患者移除胶布时的疼痛。
Objective:To observe the effect of skin protective film on preventing medical adhesive-related skin damage caused by arterial pressure hemostasis in patients after cerebral angiography.Methods:25 patients who underwent cerebral angiography and postoperative arterial pressure hemostasis were enrolled in the study group.The study group was treated with a skin protective membrane 30 minutes before surgery,spraying was used for prevention.The study group was compared with 25 patients in the control group who underwent cerebral angiography and used arterial pressure hemostasis,but did not use local skin spray coating.Results:The incidence of medical adhesive-related skin lesions was 12% in the study group,and 72% in the control group.The study group was significantly lower than the control group(OR:0.053,95% CI:0.012-0.235).It could be considered that the use of a skin protective film was a protective factor for the occurrence of MARSI.The tape removal time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(3.12±0.21 min vs.3.64±0.71 min,P<0.001).The NRS pain score was lower(1.72±0.57 vs.2.36±0.96,P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of skin protective film can prevent the occurrence of medical adhesive-related skin damage after cerebrovascular disease intervention,can effectively improve the ease of tape removal after cerebrovascular disease intervention,and reduce the pain when the patient removes the tape.
