葡萄灰霉病抗性快速鉴定技术与应用 被引量:4

摘要 以不同抗性的3个葡萄品种‘巨峰’‘夏黑’‘金手指’的叶片为试材,对灰葡萄孢菌接种温度、湿度和时长等发病条件进行研究,形成了葡萄灰霉病抗性离体叶片快速鉴定方法,并应用该法对‘夏黑’‘巨峰’‘醉金香’‘阳光玫瑰’和申沪系列等在内的18个葡萄品种和杂交株系的灰霉病抗性进行了鉴定和比较。研究结果表明,温度20℃、湿度90%是灰葡萄孢菌的最佳侵染条件,在此条件下接种2 d后的病情指标可以较好地区分18个葡萄品种(系)对灰霉病的抗性差异。‘沪22’对灰葡萄孢菌显示高抗,而‘沪21’和‘沪27’显示高感。 Using three grape varieties leaves with different resistance as materials, the pathogenic conditions such as inoculation temperature, humidity and time of Botrytis cinereal were selected, and a rapid method for identification of grape gray mold resistance in vitro were developed. The method was applied to evaluate the gray mold resistance of 18 grape varieties and hybrid lines including 'Summer Black''Kyoho''Zuijinxiang''Shine Muscat' and "Shenhu" series. The results showed that the best infection conditions of Botrytis cinerea were temperature 20 ℃ and humidity 90%. The disease indices of 18 grape varieties after inoculation of Botrytis cinerea for 2 days could well distinguish the resistance difference of grape varieties to Botrytis cinerea. Among 18 varieties,'HU 22' showed high resistance to Botrytis cinerea, while 'HU 21' and 'HU 27' showed high susceptibility.
