摘要
我院应用PDCA科学管理工具,分析住院医师规范化培训工作现状,确立以师资建设为工作突破口提高师资带教积极性;提升师资证持有率;强化带教质量;分层级建设师资队伍、搭建师资分层级培训体系四方面为抓手,制定相应方案并逐一落实。最终师资教学态度、教学效果改善;各级师资证持有率上升;师资管理各环节规范,分层级培训体系标准化建立提升了医院住培内涵建设。
PDCA scientific management tools were used to analyze the status of standardized residency training in our hospital. The construction of the teaching staff is used as a breakthrough to improve the enthusiasm of teachers, promote the holding rate of teacher certificates, strengthen the quality of teaching, and build a faculty team at a hierarchical level and build a tiered training system for teachers. In the end, the teacher’s teaching attitude and teaching effect improved;the teacher’s certificate holding rate at all levels increased;the teacher management was standardized, which are key to formulate corresponding plans and are implemented one by one. The standardization of the tiered training system has improved the construction of the hospital’s residency training.
