摘要 目的探究CBL联合PBL教学法在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法本次研究选择了86名在我院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象,按照不同的教学方式可以将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组人数均为43名。其中观察组主要应用CBL联合PBL教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法。比较两组医师的教学效果、考核成绩。结果观察组的总有效率为97.67%,对照组的总有效率为76.74%,观察组教学效果要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的基础理论考核成绩和技能操作考核成绩也均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL联合PBL教学法在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果显著,值得进一步研究发展。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in emergency department. Methods A total of 86 residents who underwent standardized training in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as subjects. According to different teaching methods, they could be divided into observation group and control group, with 43 persons in each group. Among them, the observation group was given CBL combined with PBL teaching method, and the control group was given LBL teaching method. The teaching results and assessment results of the two groups of physicians was compared. Results The total effect rate of the observation group was 97.67%, and the total effect rate of the control group was 76.74%, the teaching effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The basic theoretical examination results and skill operation assessment results of the observation group were also higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of resident doctors in emergency department is significant and worthy of further research and development.
