摘要
目的分析宫颈癌广泛全宫切除术后并发膀胱阴道瘘的护理效果。方法选择我院2015年1月～2018年6月收治的103例宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(53例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性护理干预,分析两组膀胱阴道瘘的发生率、生活质量及满意度。结果观察组膀胱阴道瘘的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的心理功能、身体健康及日常生活等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌广泛全宫切除患者,采用针对性较强的护理干预能降低膀胱阴道瘘的发生率,提高患者生活质量,保证患者健康,还能提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of vesicovaginal fistula after extensive hysterectomy for cervical cancer. Methods A total of 103 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=50) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while in the observation group,participants were treated with targeted nursing intervention. The incidence of vesicovaginal fistula,quality of life and satisfaction in the two groups were analyzed. Results The incidence of vesicovaginal fistula in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). At the same time,the quality of life scores including psychological function,physical fitness and activity of daily living in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with extensive cervical resection due to cervical cancer can reduce the incidence of vesicovaginal fistula,improve the quality of life,ensure their health,and increase their satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
