摘要
光谱技术由于其快速、无损、便捷的特点,是目前发展较快,应用较广的技术之一,本文介绍了紫外可见光谱、近红外光谱、荧光光谱、拉曼光谱、高光谱成像等多种光谱技术的原理,着重介绍了其在茶叶分类、成分检测、品质评价等方面的应用情况和研究进展。
Spectroscopy is one of the fast developing and widely used technologies because of its rapid, non-destructive, convenient features at present. This paper introduces the principles of the Uv-Vis spectroscopy, near-infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging technology, and emphatically describes their application and research progress in tea classification, component detection and quality evaluation.
