摘要
社会体育组织供给体育公共服务在新时代的历史背景和机遇条件下,有着广阔的发展前景和实施必要性,针对政府向社会体育组织购买体育公共服务、社区与社会体育组织合作供给体育公共服务等两种现有模式所存在的一些问题,提出了基于服务链的政府向社会体育组织购买体育公共服务模式、基于社区合作的社区与社会体育组织合作供给体育公共服务模式、基于跨部门联盟的社会体育组织与企业合作供给体育公共服务模式等三种社会体育组织供给体育公共服务的目标模式及其实施路径。
Under the historical background and opportunity conditions of the new era,social sports organizations provide sports public services with broad development prospects and implementation necessity. This paper aims at the government to purchase sports public services from social sports organizations,community and social sports organizations to provide sports public services. In addition to the disadvantages of the two existing models,the government-based service chain-based purchase of sports public service models from social sports organizations,community-based cooperation with community-based sports organizations to provide sports public service models,and social sports organizations based on cross-sectoral alliances cooperation with enterprises to supply sports public service models as targer models are putted forward and its implementation path are also putted forward.
