摘要
目的探讨长沙市三级甲等医院缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量的影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对长沙市3所三级甲等医院210例缺血性脑卒中住院患者进行调查。结果缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量总分为(140.00±34.15)分,标准化得分为57.14%,处于中等水平。家庭人均月收入、伤残接受度量表中的价值观范围的扩大、身体形态的从属性和对比价值到固有价值的转变维度以及医学应对方式量表中的回避应对方式是影响生活质量的主要因素。结论缺血性脑卒中患者的生活质量处于中等水平,护理人员应加强对低收入患者的关注,提高患者的伤残接受水平,引导患者采取积极的应对方式,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke in 3 A-level hospitals in Changsha.Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 210 inpatients of ischemic stroke in 3 A-level hospitals in Changsha.Results The total score of the quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke was(140.00±34.15),the standardized score was 57.14%,and it was at the middle level.The average monthly family income,expansion of the range of values,dependence of body shape and contrast value to inherent value change,and avoid were the main factors affecting the quality of life.Conclusion The quality of life of ischemic stroke patients is at a moderate level.Nurses should strengthen their attention to low-income patients,improve their disability acceptance level,and guide patients to adopt positive coping methods,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
