基于移动网络的新型计量溯源方法研究

摘要 针对传统计量、溯源方式完全是由上级量传、溯源机构指定标准量传专业人员携带相应装置(标准器)至申请量传、溯源机构的试验室,对需要进行量传、溯源的相关设备进行量传、溯源工作,因而计量效果低下,精度小的问题,文中基于移动互联网络模块,设计与开发了具有远程计量溯源功能的计量系统。其通过配置专用的云服务系统,让标准量传专业人员无需花费时间在长途奔波之中,而是通过网络远程进行计量、量传、溯源工作。实验测试结果显示,在不同温湿度以及电磁干扰情况下,电能测量数据误差较低,是有效且可靠的。 For the traditional measurement and traceability methods,it is completely controlled by the superior level transmission and traceability agencies to carry the corresponding volume transmission device(standard device) to the laboratory for applying the volume transmission and traceability mechanism,which is related to the need for volume transmission and traceability. The equipment carries out volume transmission and traceability work,so the metering effect is low and the precision is small.Based on the mobile internet module,this paper designs and develops a metering system with remote metering and traceability function,which configures a dedicated cloud service system to let the standard amount Professionals no longer spend time on long-distance travel,but remotely measure,measure,and trace the source through the network. The experimental test results show that under different temperature and humidity and electromagnetic interference,the energy measurement data has low error,which is effective and reliable.
