摘要 以影响小型断路器开断速度和机械寿命的搭扣量为分析和优化目标,通过公差仿真的分析方法,考虑孔、轴间隙配合时轴因受外力作用而向受力方向浮动这一实际情况,结合计算机公差仿真分析软件,分析影响小型断路器操作机构搭扣量的主要尺寸,并提出优化方案,力图在可控的生产成本上提高产品的工艺能力。将产品设计时的尺寸管理思想与公差仿真软件相结合,对小型断路器闭合时的搭扣量进行公差分析。在设计阶段预测制造偏差,提高产品尺寸质量,降低生产成本。 Taking the lock distance which affects the breaking velocity and mechanical endurance of miniature circuit breaker(MCB) as optimization objective, taking into consideration the phenomenon that the shaft will always float to its force direction while it’s in a clearance fit, computer-Aided Tolerancing(CAT) method was used to analyze the main factors that affects the lock distance of the operating mechanism of MCB through CAT software. And the optimization solution was proposed at the same time, aiming at improving process capabilities with a manageable production cost. Combining dimension management design and CAT software, and then the agraffe distance was analyzed while the MCB is closed. Manufacturing deviation during design phase was forecast to improve product dimension quality and reduce production cost.
