Preparation of Nanoparticles for Fluorescence Sensing of Oxygen

摘要 采用模板法将氧敏感的荧光探针-三(2-苯基吡啶)合铱(Ⅲ)[Ir(ppy)3)]包埋在二氧化硅纳米粒子中,并将制得的二氧化硅纳米粒子(SiNP)用于氧的荧光传感检测.实验结果表明所制得的SiNP对氧的浓度响应范围在0~30. 31μg/mL. Using template method, the oxygen-sensitive dye tris(2-phenylpyridinato) iridium(Ⅲ) was embedded in silica nanoparticles(SiNP). The fluorescence signal from the SiNP was found with a response range from dissolved oxygen 0 to30.31μg/mL.
