应用动力吸振器解决某四驱SUV传动轴抖动问题 被引量:2

摘要 某品牌四驱SUV在ET阶段整车NVH摸底测试中,当发动机转速为3 600 r/min时出现了车内地板异常抖动和较大的轰鸣声。测试传动轴总成后节一阶弯曲模态为117.34 Hz,确认了车内抖动和异响的原因为发动机二阶次激励激发传动轴后节一阶弯曲模态,从而发生共振。基于动力吸振原理,匹配动力吸振器性能参数和设计吸振器结构,应用LMS测试设备验证吸振器样件的固有频率。装车后测试表明:该方案可消除发动机3 600 r/min下的轰鸣声,满足NVH要求。 During the NVH baseline test for a brand of four-drive SUV, the abnormal shake in-car and boom were occurred when the engine speed was 3600r/min. The modal analysis of propeller shaft assembly was accomplished and the 1st bending mode frequen cy measured was 117.34 Hz, which further confirmed that the second-order excitation of engine was approached to the 1st bending mode frequency, then the resonance was occurred. Based on dynamic vibration absorber principle, performance parameters of dynamic vibration absorber were matched and structure was designed. LMS equipment was applied to verify the natural frequency of the absorber samples. Installed test validaes this method can be used to eliminate the noise of the engine under 3600r/min, which satisfy the requirement of NVH.
