摘要
为了对薄板进行损伤识别研究,提出了通过模态曲率多项式曲线拟合进行板结构损伤定位的方法。根据ANSYS模态分析得到损伤弹性薄板的第一阶模态振型,进而得到X方向模态曲率和Y方向模态曲率,然后分别在X方向和Y方向进行多项式曲线拟合。基于拟合值与原始值的差值构造新的损伤指标。数值算例的结果表明:基于模态曲率多项式曲线拟合的方法能够准确识别平板损伤位置。该方法具有较高的灵敏度,对小损伤也具有较好的识别效果,同时避免了使用原始无损结构的模态参数,且仅需要第一阶模态振型便可以精确地进行损伤定位。
In this paper,in order to study the damage identification of thin plate,the method of structural damage location of plate structure is proposed by using polynomial curve fitting of the modal curvature.The first modal vibration mode of the damaged elastic thin plate is derived by ANSYS modal analysis,and the modal curvature of X direction and the modal curvature of Y direction are constructed,then these are fitted with polynomial curves in the direction of X and Y axis.Based on the difference between the fitting values and the original values,new damage indexes are proposed.The numerical results show that the method based on modal curvature polynomial curve fitting can accurately identified the damaged position of the plate,the method has high sensitivity and can identify small damage effectively,at the same time,it avoids using original undamaged structure’s mode parameters,and the damage can be detected accurately only by using the first mode.
