摘要
油茶或山柚在海南的种植已有500多年的历史,在海南人的日常饮食中有着特殊的地位。随着绿色养生观念的提升,山茶油在人们的植物食用油选择中很受欢迎。海南作为中国少有的热带岛屿省份,良好的气候条件和的生态环境为油茶种植提供了先天的独特优势,产出的油茶相较内地南方省份表现出气味芳香等独特的品质特征。针对海南当前的油茶产业发展现状,深化海南油茶文化的探索、发掘与梳理尤为重要。从海南油茶的命名、使用功能、种植历史3方面展开海南油茶文化的探究,增强林业与文化的跨学科研究,将为海南油茶产业发展增加精神原动力。
Camellia oleifera or shaddock has been planted in Hainan for more than 500 years. At the same time, it plays a special role in the daily diet of Hainan people. With the promotion of green health concept, camellia oil is very popular in people’s choice of vegetable edible oil. Hainan is a rare tropical island province in China. Good climate and ecological environment provide unique advantages for Camellia oleifera cultivation. Compared with the southern provinces in the mainland, the Camellia oleifera produced in Hainan shows unique quality characteristics such as aroma and fragrance. In view of the current situation of the development of Camellia oleifera industry in Hainan, we should deepen the exploration, excavation and combing of Camellia oleifera culture in Hainan. We should start from the naming, using function and planting history of Camellia oleifera in Hainan, strengthen the interdisciplinary study of forestry and culture, and increase the spiritual motive force for the development of Camellia oleifera industry in Hainan.
