摘要
创意产业的集聚可改变原有的城市空间和功能,引入新的就业岗位和服务设施,实现城市更新,但同时可能带来绅士化。本研究以绅士化理论为基础建构分析框架,选取上海4个创意产业集聚区作为研究对象,通过定量分析,明确住房市场、人口结构和服务设施的变化,探讨创意产业集聚区对周边地区的影响。研究发现,创意产业园区带来了周边地区绅士化的方面和程度存在一定差异,其中对人口结构和服务设施影响显著,带来高学历人口比例和咖啡馆数量的增加;而周边地区的住房房价受创意产业园区的影响不显著。
The agglomeration of creative industries has the potential of changing the original urban space and its function, introducing new jobs and service facilities and then achieving urban regeneration. However, it may as a consequence bring gentrification. Based on the theory of gentrification, this study develops an analytical framework and selects four creative industry clusters in Shanghai. The changes of housing price, demographic structure and service facilities are identified for the surrounding areas of the four creative industry clusters, and the impact of creative industry on these changes is explored. The study discovers that the impacts are different in terms of its content and level. The creative industry cluster has a significant influence on demographic structure and service facilities in its surrounding area, presenting an increase of the proportion of high-educated population and the number of cafes;while the housing price has not been significantly promoted by the development of creative industry clusters.
