摘要
目的:优化桑姜感冒系列制剂浸膏分离工艺关键参数。方法:以药液重量、可溶性固形物重量、连翘苷含量和制剂稳定性为评价指标,对影响高速离心和超滤技术的主要因素(离心转速、超滤膜分子量、超滤温度)进行优选及验证试验。结果:优选高速离心参数离心转速为16000 rad·min^(-1),超滤膜分子量为10万分子量,超滤温度为50℃。验证试验结果表明制剂的连翘苷含量不变,含水量几乎无差异,崩解时间缩短,吸湿性降低,制剂更稳定。结论:优化桑姜感冒系列制剂浸膏制备工艺,可降低收膏率,制剂稳定性好。
Objective:To optimize the key technology for the separation of the extractum of Sangjiang Ganmao serial preparations. Method:The liquid weight, soluble solid weight, phillyrin content and preparation stability were used as evaluation indexes to optimize and validate the main factors(centrifugal speed, ultrafiltration membrane, ultrafiltration temperature) influencing high-speed centrifugation and ultrafiltration technology. Result:The optimized high-speed centrifugation parameters was 16000 rad·min^-1, the ultrafiltration membrane of 100000 molecular weight, ultrafiltration temperature of 50℃. The results of verification tests showed that phillyrin content was changeless, and moisture content has almost no difference. The disintegration time was shortened with decreased hygroscopicity and more stable preparation. Conclusion:The optimized technology for the separation of the extractum of Sangjiang Ganmao serial preparations can reduce the extract rate, and preparation is more stable.
