摘要
本文介绍了中央厨房与食材供应链的关系,针对山东省中央厨房的现状问题和丰富的水产品食材,提出了"中央厨房+水产品食材供应链"的发展模式、重点任务和实施路径,并阐述了保障措施与绩效预测分析。
The relationship between the central kitchen and the food supply chain is described in this paper.In view of the current situation of the central kitchen in Shandong Province and the rich aquatic products,this paper puts forward the development mode,key tasks and implementation path of"central kitchen+aquatic food supply chain".The safeguard measures and performance prediction analysis are also expounded.
