摘要
MOOC这种新型的完全在线的教学形式受到越来越多学习者的热捧。以23门MOOC在爱课程中国职教MOOC频道累计开课85期、选课160774人次的运行数据为例,发现其普遍面临MOOC学习辅助性资源不足、教学运行组织管理不到位,特别是论坛管理缺失等困境,并逐步影响到学习者的在线学习体验。面对竞争日益激烈的职业院校MOOC发展现状,全在线的MOOC课程必须重视和加强运行管理,MOOC课程要充分发挥平台、学校、教师个人优势,做好MOOC课程推广,改进MOOC课程资源的易用性和易学性,优化MOOC学习体验反馈功能,规范MOOC课程教学组织与管理工作,以期实现职业院校全在线MOOC课程的可持续发展。
MOOC(massive open online courses)has become more and more popular among learners.Taking 23 Courses,Operating 85 Terms,160774 learners on China MOOCs Platform for Vocational Education as an example,it is found that there exist dilemma,such as insufficient supporting resources of MOOC learning,inadequate operation,organization and management of teaching,and especially the lack of BBS management,which has gradually impacted the learners’online learning experience.Faced with the situation of MOOC development of vocational colleges in which its development competition is intensifying,the author proposes to enhance operation and management of MOOC course,give full play to the advantage of interaction of platform,school and teachers,promote the adoption of MOOC,facilitate feasibility and learnability of MOOC course sources,strengthen the feedback function,MOOC learning experience,regulate organization and management of MOOC course teaching,in order to finally realize the sustainable development of MOOC courses in vocational colleges.
