摘要
在执业医师技能考试通过率逐年下降的大背景下,针对执业医师技能考试所反映当前口腔医学实验教学中存在的问题,建议以执业医师实践技能考试为导向,优化口腔实验教学培养模式作为教学改革的切入点,促进学生临床实践能力与思维的发展,提高毕业生执业医师实践技能考试通过率,为今后成长为合格的医疗卫生人才奠定良好的基础。
Under the background of the decline in the passing rate of practicing doctors’ skills examinations,it is suggested that the practice of dental practice teaching should be based on the practical skills test of practicing physicians.The entry point will promote the development of students’ clinical practice ability and thinking,improve the passing rate of practical practice test for graduate practicing physicians,and lay a good foundation for future growth into qualified medical and health personnel.
