摘要
介绍了渗氮技术工艺流程及其技术优势,并概述了渗氮处理对模具零件材料的要求,通过渗氮技术在拉深模零件中处理拉毛问题的应用,说明了渗氮技术应用在拉深模零件中能提高其表面硬度、耐磨性、疲劳抗性等,并延长了模具零件的使用寿命。
The process and the advantages of nitriding technology were presented, and the requirements for die materials in nitriding treatment were summarized. The nitriding technology was applied in drawing die parts to deal with the scuffing problem. It showed that the nitriding technology could improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and so on, which could prolong the service life of the die.
