不同醛Mannich改性丙烯酸树脂及其应用性能研究 被引量:3

Modification of acrylic resin by Mannich reaction with various aldehydes and its application properties

摘要 采用不同种类的醛组分参与丙烯酸树脂的Mannich反应,制备不同的改性丙烯酸树脂并对其结构和应用性能进行表征。FT-IR和XRD结果表明所选用的醛均可成功进行丙烯酸树脂的Mannich反应,且所得到的改性丙烯酸树脂均呈现非晶形态。将合成的改性丙烯酸树脂应用于蓝湿革的填充工序,重点考察了改性丙烯酸树脂对填充后坯革的染色性能的影响。结果显示:经丙酮醛参与Mannich反应的改性丙烯酸树脂(MGMP)填充后的坯革表面颜色深度(K/S值)最大,染色废液的残余染料浓度最低,分别为20. 18和7. 84mg/L,说明其具有良好的助染性能。填充废液的BOD_5和COD值最低且可生物降解。 Various aldehydes were used to prepare different modified acrylic resins via Mannich reaction and their structure and application performance were characterized.The results of FT-IR and XRD show that all the aldehydes successfully participate in the Mannich reaction and all the modified acrylic resins possess amorphous state.The modified acrylic resin was applied to filling process of wet-blue leather.The effect of modified acrylic resins on the dyeing properties of leather was investigated.The results show that the leather filled with MGMP has the maximum K/S value(20.18)and the minimum residual dye concentration(7.84 mg/L),indicating good dyeing performance.The waste liquid is biodegradable and the BOD5 and COD values are the lowest.
