摘要
以国产聚丙烯腈(PAN)基高强中模型碳纤维为研究对象,采用万能材料试验机和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段,考察了在其测试、制样过程中,树脂体系、树脂含量、浸渍张力和浸渍环境等因素与试样力学性能之间的关联。结果表明:树脂体系、树脂含量、浸渍张力和浸渍环境等因素均对高强中模型碳纤维的拉伸性能影响显著,在树脂体系韧性提高、树脂质量分数为38.5%、浸渍张力为7N、环境湿度≤50%的条件下制样,更加有利于其拉伸性能的有效表征。
PAN-based carbon fiber with high strength and middle modulus was studied.The relationship between the resin system,resin content,impregnation tension,impregnation environment and its mechanical properties in the process of sample preparation and testing were investigated by universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the influence of resin system,resin content,impregnation tension and impregnation environment on the tensile properties of carbon fiber were significant.When the resin system toughness was improved,the resin content increased to 38.5%,the impregnation tension was 7 Nand the environment humidity was less than or equal to 50%,the tensile properties of carbon fiber can be effectively characterized.
