摘要
分别采用铝板中直接填充石墨烯(一步法)和石墨烯/铝均匀混粉后填充(两步法)两种方式进行石墨烯/铝基复合材料的FSP制备,研究了搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)制备方式对石墨烯在铝基中分散、石墨烯结构损伤及复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,两步法FSP制备的复合材料中石墨烯分散更为均匀,其结构损伤程度也明显低于一步法,复合材料的抗拉强度达到115 MPa,较一步法提高了15%。
Graphene/aluminium matrix composites were prepared by filling graphene and graphene/aluminium powder into aluminium plate(one-step and two-step)with FSP,respectively.The influences of FSP preparation method on the dispersion,structural damage of graphene in aluminium matrix and the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by OM,SEM,EDS and tensile testing.The results reveal that the graphene dispersion is more uniform,and the structural damage is less for the two-step FSP preparation method.The tensile strength of the composite prepared by two-step FSP reaches 115 MPa,which is 15%higher than that of the onestep FSP.
