摘要
隔热保温涂料可有效提高设备及管道的节能效果,降低能源损耗,在石化行业具有良好的应用前景。文中系统介绍了反射型、辐射型及阻隔型隔热保温涂料的保温机理、性能及其存在的问题。特别是,针对隔热保温涂料耐腐蚀性能不足的问题,重点介绍了兼具防腐和保温双重功能的防腐保温一体化涂料。最后展望了隔热保温涂料未来的发展方向。
Thermal insulation coatings can significantly improve the energy-saving efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of the equipment and pipeline, so it has a promising future in petrochemical industry. In this paper, the development and applications of reflective, radiative and barrier thermal insulation coatings are comprehensively described in terms of the insulation mechanism, performance and drawbacks. Particularly, a novel dualfunctional coatings with both corrosion resistance and heat insulation is introduced to overcome the insufficient anticorrosive properties of the thermal insulation coatings. Finally the future development of the thermal insulation coatings is given.
