摘要
针对运营隧道出现衬砌空洞、开裂、掉块等质量病害原因,结合传统隧道衬砌台车在施工中存在的易跑模、布料及振捣难度大、拱顶轻不饱满等常见问题,在郑万高速铁路罗家山隧道衬砌施工中,从台车设计制造、现场应用试验、使用过程改进等方面,贴合施工实际,运用机械臂逐窗入模、带压灌注技术、软搭接技术、高频气体振捣技术、灌注混凝土液面显示、信息化等新技术,通过“以工装保工艺、以工艺保质量”有效解决了衬砌质量问题,降低了人员劳动强度。同时,信息化系统的应用,一定程度上实现了衬砌施工的机械化、信息化和智能化。
In this paper, combined with the lining construction of Luojiashan Tunnel in Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway, some new technologies were adopted in the aspects of designing and manufacturing the trolley, testing in the field and improving the operation, including window-by-window molding of mechanical arm, pouring with pressure, soft lapping technology, high-frequency gas vibrating technology, liquid-level displaying of pouring concrete and information technology, for the purpose of avoiding the quality and causes of lining voids, cracking and falling blocks as well as the common problems existed in the construction of traditional tunnel lining trolley, such as easy running mode, difficulty in fabric and vibration, and insufficient vault. By means of w guaranteeing technology with tooling and guaranteeing quality with technologyw , the quality problem of lining was effectively solved, and the labor intensity of personnel was reduced. Meanwhile, the application of the information system has realized the mechanization, informatization and intellectualization of lining construction to a certain extent.
