摘要
路基梯形水沟受传统施工工艺影响,存在工效低且浇筑质量难以保证的问题,从而会导致施工成本增加及路基本体渗水损伤的现象发生。本文以青连、济青及太焦高速铁路路基施工现场为工程背景,从工装设备、施工工艺、经济技术对比等多个方面进行研究,最终形成了一套利用自主研发的振搅式自行滑模机(专利号ZL201621078099.8)代替传统人工立模的路基梯形水沟滑模施工技术。本技术具有水沟一次开挖成型、设备简易、整体浇筑质量可靠、流水作业工效高、劳力与材料成本省等多个优点,现已成为中国国家铁路集团有限公司工程管理中心2018年全路范围内重点推广的施工工艺工法之一,可为今后类似铁路或公路路基梯形水沟施工提供一定的借鉴作用。
Affected by traditional construction technology, the subgrade trapezoidal ditch has the problems of low work efficiency and difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of pouring concrete, which will lead to the increase of construction cost and the phenomenon of subgrade seepage damage. In this paper, based on the engineering background of Qingdao?Lianyungang, Jinan-Qingdao and Taiyuan-Jiaozuo High-speed Railway, a research is conducted from the aspects of tooling equipment, construction technology, economic and technical comparison and so on, and finally a set of sliding formwork machine (the patent number ZL 2016 2 1078099. 8 ) with self-developed vibration for subgrade trapezoidal ditch has been formed to replace traditional vertical mold machine. The technology has many advantages, such as one-time ditch excavation and molding, simple equipment, reliable overall pouring quality, high working efficiency of streamlined production, and saving labour and material costs. It has become one of the key construction methods promoted by the Engineering Management Center of China Railway in 2018 , which could provide a certain reference for the construction of similar railway or highway subgrade trapezoidal ditches in the future.
