摘要 冰箱门体变形问题一直是各个冰箱生产厂家研究的热点,但冰箱门体结构多样且复杂,在材料选择及生产制造成本的约束下,冰箱门体变形问题一直未能有效解决。现针对冰箱门体及其关键零部件,提出基于多场强度分析模型的结构优化设计方法。首先基于冰箱门体实验及仿真数据,提出门体强度优化基本策略,其次分析关键零部件——门饰条结构特性,基于冰箱门饰条等截面结构特性构建框架刚度模型,同时分析门饰条截面的最大弯曲截面系数,构建其截面系数分析模型,基于该模型分析门饰条截面的最佳尺寸分布,达到优化门饰条结构,增强门饰条抗变形能力的目的。最后通过某型号的门体模型及仿真分析,验证本文所提出分析模型及优化设计方法的可行性及有效性。 The deformation of the refrigerator door has always been a hot topic in the research of various refrigerator manufacturers.The structure of the refrigerator door is diverse and complex.The deformation of the refrigerator is not effectively solved under the constraints of material selection and production cost.In view of the refrigerator door body and its key components,a structural optimization design method based on multi field strength analysis model is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the experiment and simulation data of the refrigerator door,the basic strategy of the door strength optimization is put forward.Secondly,the structure characteristics of the key parts-the door trim bar are analyzed.The frame stiffness model is constructed based on the section structure characteristics of the refrigerator door trim section.At the same time,the maximum bending section coefficient of the section of the door trim section is analyzed,and the section coefficient analysis model is constructed.Based on the model,the optimal size distribution of the door trim section is analyzed,so as to optimize the structure of the door trim and enhance the deformation resistance of the door trim.Finally,through a certain type of door model and simulation analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed analytical model and optimization design method are verified.
