摘要
采用异戊烯基聚氧乙烯聚醚(TPEG)为大单体,丙烯酸为小单体,通过引入短效和长效保坍小单体,自由基溶液聚合合成了一种耐高温长效聚羧酸保坍剂(HTPT)。采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对聚合物进行测试分析,并分别对保坍剂HTPT和市售保坍剂PT进行了常温(25℃)和高温(40℃)长时间(4 h)的保坍性试验。结果显示,保坍剂PT的有效保坍时间为1~2 h,对高温环境适应性较差,而合成的保坍剂HTPT在1~4 h缓慢释放减水基团,有效保坍时间长,且在高温环境下依然有较好的保坍性。
The high temperature resistant long-lasting effect polpcarboxylic acid slump retention agent(HTPT) was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization with isoamyl polyoxyethylene polyoxyethylene polyether(TPEG) as macromonomer,crylic acid as small monomer and short and long-lasting effect slump retention monomers. The polymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and the slump retention agent HTPT and the marketed slump retention agent PT were tested at room temperature(25 ℃) and high temperature(40 ℃) for a long time(4 h). The experimental results showed that the effective slump retention time of the PT slump retention agent was 1 h to 2 h,and the adaptability to the high temperature environment was poor. The HTPT slump retention agent slowly released water reducing groups at 1~4 h,and the effective slump retention time is long,and it still has good slump conservation effect under high temperature.
