摘要
"4个三分之一"是我国中外合作办学项目对引进国外优质教育资源的唯一一个量化指标,是新项目申报、项目执行与评估、项目延期与更换合作外方的重要依据,体现了中外合作办学的核心及其人才培养的优势。长沙理工大学与美国田纳西大学查塔努加分校联合,举办土木工程专业中外合作办学项目是目前我国唯一一个土木工程专业中—美合作双学位本科教育项目。基于该项目办学实践,分析引进、消化和吸收国外优质教育资源面临的问题与解决途径,并介绍依托该项目反哺师资国际化建设的实践经验,以探索国际化人才培养改革与创新之路。
As the core of Chinese-foreign jointed education program,"four one-thirds",reflecting the advantages of talent training,is the only quantitative indicator for introducing high-quality foreign educational resources,and is also an important basis for new project application,the implementation and evaluation of projects,and project extension as well as the replacement of foreign partners.Based on the bachelor degree joint-education project in civil engineering between Changsha University of Science and Technology,P.R.China and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga,U.S.A,this paper analyzed the problems faced in the introduction,digestion and absorption of foreign high-quality educational resources with corresponding solutions proposed,which may provide some references for other similar projects.
