摘要 针对风力超过6级(即大风)条件下船舶靠离煤炭港区泊位所需拖轮的合理、安全配置问题,运用比较分析法,对拖轮所需总推力的两种计算方法进行对比分析。结果表明:《海港设计总体规范》中的估算方法未考虑风舷角对拖轮功率配置的影响,估算结果精确度不足;运用岩井聪理论模型下的Hughes公式,按照不同风舷角计算黄骅港煤炭港区大风条件下船舶靠离泊辅助所需拖轮的总推力,具有较高的精确度和适用性,并提出实际操作时拖轮配置的相关建议,为港口企业和引航部门确定拖轮配置提供参考。 Aiming at the reasonable and safe allocation of the tug required for the ship berthing or unberthing at the coal port area under the condition of more than 6 grade wind (that is, strong wind), a comparative analysis method is used to analyze the two calculation methods of the total towing force required by the tug. The results are shown as follows. The estimation methods in Overall Design Code for Sea Ports do not take into account the influence of the windward angle on the power configuration of the tug with the insufficient accuracy of the estimation results. The total thrust of the tug required by the ship′s berthing or unberthing assistance under the strong wind condition at the coal port area of Huanghua Port is calculated by using the Hughes formula under Yanoto Theory Model with the high degree of accuracy and applicability. Finally, some relevant suggestions on the tug configuration in practical operations are put forward, which provides reference for determining the tug configuration by port enterprises and pilot stations.
