摘要
目的探讨血清缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA19-9)联合检测对结直肠癌患者术后早期复发转移的预测价值。方法选取2013年6月~2017年6月本院收治的结直肠癌患者60例作为癌症组,同期选取体检中心健康人员30例作为健康组,检测所有人员血清HIF-1α、CA125、CEA、CA19-9水平,分析其对患者术后早期复发转移的预测价值。结果癌症组血清HIF-1α、CA125、CEA、CA19-9水平明显高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);随访12个月,癌症组中,复发转移有10例(16.67%),复发转移患者血清HIF-1α、CA125、CEA、CA19-9水平明显高于无复发转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Logistic回归性分析结果显示,血清HIF-1α、CA125、CEA、CA19-9水平是患者术后早期复发转移的独立影响因素(P <0.05)。结论血清HIF-1α、CA125、CEA、CA19-9水平与结直肠癌发生及其术后早期复发转移有关,提示上述指标的联合检测对结直肠癌术后早期复发转移具有良好的预测价值。
Objective To explore the predictive value of combined detection of serum hypoxia inducible factor1α(HIF-1α),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)in early postoperative recurrence and metastasis of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017 were selected as the cancer group.Meanwhile,30 healthy people in the physical examination center were selected as the healthy group.The levels of serum HIF-1a,CA125,CEA and CA19-9 of all patients were detected to analyze its predictive value in early postoperative recurrence and metastasis of patients.Results The serum HIF-1α,CA125,CEA and CA19-9 levels in cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for 12 months.In the cancer group,recurrence and metastasis were found in 10 cases(16.67%).The serum levels of HIF-1α,CA125,CEA and CA19-9 in patients with recurrence and metastasis were significantly higher than those without recurrence or metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that serum HIF-1α,CA125,C E A a n d CA19-9 levels were independent influencing factors for early postoperative recurrence and metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of HIF-1α,CA125,CEA and CA19-9 are related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer and early postoperative recurrence and metastasis.The combined detection suggesting the above indexes has a good predictive value for early recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
