摘要
目的探讨美容缝合技术对面部急诊外伤的修复,利用清创、精细缝合技术,减少面部瘢痕挛缩,瘢痕形成。帮助患者能在面部形态和功能上得到最大的恢复。方法对来院的48例面部外伤患者入院资料进行分析,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各24例,对照组应用普通缝合技术,观察组应用整形外科缝合技术,比较两组患者的缝合效果。结果观察组的术后24h疼痛指数、出血指数、瘢痕长度、水肿天数、恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的切口感染率、伤口裂开率、瘢痕增生率均低于对照组,且病人满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论整形外科缝合技术在修复颌面部急诊外伤中的疗效确切,具有术后疼痛轻微、出血指数低、瘢痕短、并发症少、恢复快等优势,患者满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the repair of maxillofacial emergency trauma with cosmetic suture techniques,to reduce facial scar contracture and scar formation by debridement and fine suture techniques and to help patients attain the most recovery of facial morphology and function.Methods The admission data of 48 patients with maxillofacial trauma were analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given general suture technique while the observation group was given plastic surgery suture technique.The suture effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results The postoperative 24h pain index,bleeding index,scar length,edema days and recovery time of the observation group were smaller(shorter)than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision infection rate,wound rupture rate and scar hyperplasia rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of patients was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plastic surgery suture technique in repairing maxillofacial emergency trauma has accurate curative effects.It has the advantages of mild postoperative pain,low bleeding index,short scar,less complications and quick recovery.The satisfaction degree of patients is high and it is worth promoting.
