摘要
目的:了解云南省住院医师规范化培训效果的影响因素,为培训工作的不断完善和相关政策的制定提供参考。方法:对云南省住院医师规范化培训学员进行问卷调查,并结合学员结业测试成绩进行多元线性回归分析和结构方程模型分析。结果:性别、年龄、学历、培训学员身份属性、培训专业5个因素影响培训效果,可以解释培训效果13.2%的变异量。组织管理、过程管理、基地条件、师资条件、经费投入5个维度对培训效果产生影响,可以解释培训效果74.5%的变异量。结论:应加大经费投入,完善保障机制;建立导师制,完善导师激励机制;构建科学的组织管理与过程管理体系;统筹部门合作,加强政策配套,提升住院医师规范化培训效果,促进住院医师规范化培训工作的完善。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of standard training for residency in Yunnan Province, and provide reference for the continuous improvement of training work and the formulation of relevant policies. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted for the standardized training students in Yunnan Province, using multivariate linear regression and structural equation model to operate data analysis combination with the students' test scores. Results: Gender, age, education, students' identity, training major were influencing the training effect and the cumulative variance accounted for is 13.2%. Organizational management, process management, base condition, teacher and fund input have an impact on the training effect, which could explain 74.5% of the invariance of the training effect. Conclusion: To improve the standardized training effect and promote the improvement of the standard training, we should invest more and improve the safeguard mechanism, establish the tutorial system and improve the incentive mechanism, construct scientific organization management system and process management system, integrate the department cooperation and strengthen the policy support.
