摘要
激光器件的快速发展以及探测器件的性能不断提高,使得激光三维成像雷达得到更为迅猛的进步,目前的激光三维成像技术主要基于时间飞行技术、干涉技术等。这些激光三维成像雷达的成像效果严重依赖于探测器单元的规模以及激光源的能量。提出一种新型的远距离群像素激光三维成像雷达,群像素激光三维成像雷达可在获取相同像素点数的条件下大大减少探测器单元规模,并且在相同能量条件下能获取到更高信噪比的回波信号。通过对群像素激光三维成像雷达系统样机的分析与研究表明,这种群像素激光三维成像雷达与相同条件下传统机制下的激光成像雷达相比,具有超高分辨率。
The rapid development of laser devices and the performance of detectors constantly improving have led to more rapid progress in three-dimensional( 3D) imaging LIDAR. Currently,3 D imaging LIDAR technology is mainly based on Time of Flight( TOF) Technology,and Interference Technology. The imaging effect of these 3D imaging LIDAR depends heavily on the size of the detector unit and the energy of the laser source. This paper proposes a formal long-range Cluster Pixel 3D imaging LIDAR. Under the conditions of obtaining the same number of pixels,the Cluster Pixel 3D imaging LIDAR can greatly reduce the size of the detector unit and can obtain higher signal-to-noise. In this paper,the analysis and research on the prototype of the Cluster Pixel 3D imaging LIDAR system shows that the LIDAR has ultra-high resolution compared with the traditional laser imaging radar.
