摘要
未知名尸体案件属于疑难、复杂案件,常因身源不明而久侦不破。未知名尸体案件侦查要素主要有痕迹、物品、生物检材和电磁信息痕迹等,未知名尸体案件侦查中的数据挖掘,包括痕迹物品类数据挖掘、生物检材类数据挖掘、电磁信息类数据挖掘。在充分认识和发挥数据挖掘在未知名尸体案件侦查中积极作用的同时,也要认识到数据挖掘在未知名尸体案件侦查中可能存在的不足,应通过严格执法和科学立法对其加以规范。
Unknown corpse case is difficult and complicated case, which is often undetectable because of unknown source of victim. On the basis of having clarified the connotation of the case of unknown corpse and the elements of investigation of the case of unidentified corpse, the paper has expounded the data mining in the investigation of the case of unidentified corpse, namely, data mining of trace and items, data mining of biological materials, and data mining of electromagnetic information. The application and role of data mining in the investigation of the case of unidentified corpse are analyzed. Finally, it is pointed out that while fully understanding and playing the role of data mining in the investigation of the case of unidentified corpse, we must also recognize the possible shortcomings of data mining in the investigation of the case of unidentified corpse, and restrict it by strict law enforcement and scientific legislation.
