摘要 城市规划对于低碳城市的建设有重要作用,合理的城市空间格局可以有效实现低碳目标。以沈阳市沈北新区泗水新城为研究对象,结合碳源碳汇核算方法对供热供气碳排量、供电碳排量、交通碳排量、绿地碳汇量等进行定量分析,明确各功能区的碳排放与碳汇的空间格局,提出城市低碳空间格局优化的方法与对策。 Urban planning plays an important role in the construction of low-carbon cities, a rational urban spatial pattern can effectively achieve low carbon objectives. This paper takes Sishui New Town in North Shenyang as the object of research, and combined with the carbon source, the carbon sink, the carbon emission of heating supply and gas, the carbon emission of power supply, the carbon emission of transportation and the carbon emission of green space to analyze quantitatively, then define the spatial pattern of carbon emission and carbon sink in each functional area, to propose a way to optimize the low-carbon space in the city as a result.
