摘要
高校志愿公益类学生社团在公益领域中发挥的作用越来越突出。但在建设和发展中,社团仍然面临组织较为松散、志愿活动主体不固定、成员情感归属较弱等内部困境,也受到来自资金来源不稳定、活动场所无保障、社会公信力不足等的外部约束。高校应通过构建刚柔并济的管理模式、践行扶育并重的治理理念,从强化社团自身建设和创新扶育社团方式入手,不断推进社团的建设和发展,以充分发挥志愿公益类学生社团的育人功能。
Student associations of voluntary public welfare in colleges and universities play an increasingly prominent role in the field of public welfare. However,in the process of construction and development,the associations are still faced with such internal difficulties as loose organization,unfixed subjects of volunteer activities,and a weak sense of belonging among members,and are also subject to such external constraints as unstable sources of funds,unstable places of activities,and insufficient social credibility. Colleges and universities should continue to promote the construction and development of associations by building a rigid and flexible management model,practicing the management concept of paying equal attention to support and education,and starting with strengthening the self-construction of associations and innovating the ways of fostering associations,so as to give full play to the educational function of such associations.
