摘要
报道了轻量化高分子合金电缆桥架产品的研制。首先通过PVC与尼龙共混改性,开发了一种PVC高分子合金。研究结果表明,PVC高分子合金具有良好的力学性能,优异的防腐蚀性能和阻燃性能。其次,研制了PVC合金高分子材料电缆架桥产品,测试和评估了高分子合金电缆架桥;其技术指标明显优于JB/T12147—2015 《塑料电缆桥架》标准,达到国内先进水平。
This paper reports the development of lightweight polymer alloy cable bridge products.Firstly,a kind of PVC macromolecule alloy is developed by blending modification of PVC and nylon.The results show that PVC macromolecule alloy has good mechanical properties,excellent corrosion resistance and flame retardancy.Secondly,PVC alloy polymer cable bridge products are developed,and the polymer alloy cable bridge is tested and evaluated.Its technical index is obviously superior to JB/T12147-2015 "Plastic Cable Support System" standard,reaching the advanced level in China.
