摘要
随着现代公司治理的发展,金融化经历了从传统金融行业的深化,到非金融行业的融资,以及自然资源的金融化几个阶段。基于金融化的文献史,通过回溯、梳理金融化对水资源利用影响的理论逻辑脉络,为寻求金融化提升水资源利用效率的路径提供理论依据与支持。
With the development of modern corporate governance,financialization has gone through several stages,including deepening stage of traditional financial industry,financing stage of non-financial industry and financialization of natural resources.Under this background,starting from the literature of financialization,this paper retrospects the theoretical logic context of the impact of financialization on water resources utilizing efficiency.This paper can provide theoretical basis and support for seeking ways to improve the efficiency of water resources utilization by financialization.
