摘要
异步电动机应用广泛,但运行过程中产生的振动和噪声问题仍待解决。为减小振动,以筋外冷铸铁三相两极异步电动机为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件从结构角度对电动机的动力学特性进行了分析,包括零部件模态、整机模态、整机频率响应等。分析结果表明,筋外冷铸铁三相两极异步电动机端盖结构刚性较强,机座刚性则较为薄弱,整机的二阶频率为105 Hz,在二倍频率转速范围内,可能引发电动机的倍频振动问题。
Asynchronous motors are widely used,but the vibration and noise problems generated during operation remain to be solved.In order to reduce the vibration,the triphase two-pole asynchronous motor with external rib-cooling cast iron was taken as the research object.The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the motor from the viewpoint of its structure,including the component modality,the complete machine modality,the overall frequency response etc.The analytical results show that the end cap structure of the triphase two-pole asynchronous motor with external rib-cooling cast iron has strong rigidity and the rigidity of the base is relatively weak.The second-order frequency of the complete machine is 105 Hz.Frequency doubling vibration may be initiated when the motor is in the range of doubling frequency rotation speed.
