摘要
通过典型案例分析了多面体零件几何要素与加工工艺之间的关系,论述了机床结构对软件编程的影响,并介绍了应用NX软件编制多面体零件五轴加工程序的关键技术,以及软件后处理器与固定循环的使用。通过仿真与实际加工,确认所述方法合理可行,为多面体零件的加工提供了参考。
The relationship between geometrical elements of polyhedral parts and machining process was analyzed by typical cases, and the influence of machine structure on software programming was discussed.The key technology of applying NX software to compile five-axis machining program for polyhedral part was also introduced,as well as the application of software post-processor and canned cycle. Through simulation and practical processing,it confirms that the method is reasonable and feasible, which provides a reference for processing of polyhedral part.
