摘要
目的研究改善军事应激人员肠道功能组方对小鼠肠道功能的影响。方法采用数字表法将健康ICR雄性小鼠随机分为6组,分别为低剂量组(0.5 g/kg min)、中剂量组(1 g/kg)、高剂量组(2 g/kg)、阳性药组、模型组和空白对照组,连续灌胃30 d后,测定各项肠道功能指标。结果给予改善军事应激人员肠道功能组方30 d后,正常对照组和模型组小鼠首粒排黑便时间分别为(54.50±26.36) min、(237.90±57.11) min,肠道推进率分别为(73.36±6.29)%、(49.41±8.81)%,差异有统计学意义;低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠首粒黑便时间分别为(140.00±42.50) min、(163.20±49.78) min、(140.80±50.5) min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肠道推进率分别为(58.53±10.39)%,(67.47±16.05)%,(62.36±11.0)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组剂量组小鼠首粒排黑便时间缩短,肠道推进提高,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验表明受试物具有改善肠道功能的作用,为开发具有军事应激人员肠道功能的军事营养剂提供理论依据。
Objective To study the effects of intestinal function improvement formula for military personnel under stress on the intestinal function in mice.Methods Healthy ICR male mice were randomly divided into 6 groups;the low-dose group(0.5 g/kg, bw), the medium-dose group(1 g/kg, bw), the high-dose group(2 g/kg, bw), the positive drug group, the model group and the blank control group. After 30 days of continuous gavage, indexes of various intestinal function were detected.Results Following administration of intestinal function improvement formula for military personnel under stress, the times of first black defecation for the normal control group and the model group were respectively(54.50±26.36) min and(237.90±57.11) min, and the rates of small intestine advance movement were(73.36±6.29)% and(49.41±8.81)%. Statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.01). The times of first black defecation for the low-dose group, the medium-dose group and the high-dose group were respectively(140.00±42.50) min(P<0.01),(163.20±49.78) min(P<0.01) and(140.80±50.50) min(P<0.01), and the rates of small intestine advance movement were respectively(58.53±10.39)%(P<0.05),(67.47±16.05)%(P<0.01) and(62.36±11.0)%(P<0.01). The time of black defecation for various dosage groups was obviously shortened and the rate of intestine advance movement was considerably increased, and statistical significance could be seen, when they were compared with those of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiment results indicated that the test substance had the effect of improving intestinal function in mice and it provided theoretical evidence for the development of military nutritional agent for the enhancement of intestinal function of military personnel under stress.
