摘要
目的分析脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)主要照顾者的照顾负担与应对方式的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,对2017年1月至2018年1月在上海第六人民医院脊柱外科收治后出院的120例患者及其主要照顾者进行问卷调查。采用自制问卷收集患者及主要家庭照顾者一般资料;采用Zarit护理负担量表测定主要照顾者的负担;采用简易应对方式问卷测定照顾者的应对情况。结果 120例SCI患者主要照顾者的照顾负担总分为(49.82±5.78)分,83.33%主要照顾者的负担处于中、重度水平。主要照顾者积极应对得分为(26.54±3.25)分,消极应对方式得分为(21.32±4.17)分。男性照顾者、不在业者、文化程度高者更能积极应对。SCI患者主要照顾者的照顾负担与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.625),与消极应对方式则呈正相关(r=0.528)。结论 SCI患者主要照顾者负担较重,护理工作者应对鼓励女性照顾者、在业者、文化程度低者积极应对,提高患者家庭认知以及健康水平。
Objective To investigate the load of care undertaken by main caregivers in the care of patients with spinal cord injury and to analyze the correlation with coping styles.Methods A questionnaire survey was made in 120 patients with spinal cord injury, who were treated in the Department of Spinal Cord Surgery and duly discharged from January 2017 to January 2018 and those caregivers who rendered care to the said patients. General information or data concerning patients and main caregivers were collected by using self-made questionnaire. The load of the main caregivers was estimated by Zarit nursing burden scale, and the simplified coping style questionnaire was used to evaluate the coping style of the caregivers.Results Total scores of the main caregivers who rendered care to 120 patients with SCI were 49.82±5.78, and the load of 83.33% caregivers was moderate-to-severe level. The scores of positive coping style for the main caregivers were 26.54±3.25, and the scores of negative coping style were 21.32±4.17. Male caregivers, those without ordinary jobs and those with higher education background displayed more positive coping style. The load of care on the main caregivers in care of SCI patients was negatively correlated with positive coping style(r=-0.625), but was positively correlated with negative coping style(r=0.528).Conclusion Main caregivers of SCI patients had relatively heavy load of care. Female caregivers, those with ordinary jobs and those with lower education background should be encouraged to respond with more positive coping style, so as to improve the cognitive and health levels of the family involved.
