摘要
以某纯电动中巴车后副车架作为研究对象,进行了有限元静力学分析。在此基础上对该后副车架进行了轻量化设计,并与轻量化前的结构性能指标对比分析。据分析结果表明,轻量化前的质量约为71.46kg,轻量化后的值为68.57 kg,约减轻了4%。与此同时,最大应力和最大变形分别减小了29.08%和23.23%,轻量化效果明显。
The finite element static analysis of the rear auxiliary frame of a pure electric bus was carried out. On this basis, the light weight design of the rear auxiliary frame is carried out and compared with the structural performance index before the light weight. According to the analysis results, the mass before the lightweight is 71.46 kg, and the value after the lightweight is 68.57 kg, reducing about 4%. At the same time, the maximum stress and maximum deformation decreased by 29.08% and 23.23% respectively. The lightweight design is very effective.
