摘要
本文回顾了近年来国内外对非受体酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶13型(PTPN13)与鳞状细胞癌的基础研究,着重阐述了PTPN13在鳞状细胞癌的发病机制、诊断和治疗等方面的研究现状,并提出了现阶段研究相对匮乏、基因作用机制不清等问题,对PTPN13未来的研究及临床应用进行展望。
This paper reviews the basic researches on PTPN13 and squamous cell carcinoma in recent years both at home and abroad.It focuses on the research status of PTPN13 in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of squamous cell carcinoma, and proposes some defects, such as the lack of relative researches at the current stage and the unclear mechanisms of the gene function.It prospects for the future research and clinical application of PTPN13.
