摘要
目的探究小儿手足口病免疫球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月间该院收治的手足口病小儿65例和健康体检小儿65名进行实验分析,并将65例手足口病小儿作为实验组,65名健康小儿作为对照组,全部小儿均行免疫球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白检验,并对比两组小儿的检验结果。结果实验组小儿的免疫球蛋白各项指标[(0.62±0.12)、(8.94±1.21)、(2.59±0.21)g/L]与对照组[(1.36±0.36)、(13.69±2.11)、(1.12±0.11)g/L]相比,差异有统计学意义(t=15.721 9,15.744 4,49.992 6,P=0.000 0);实验组小儿的超敏C反应蛋白水平(9.88±1.25)μg/mL显著高于对照组(1.98±0.92)μg/mL,超敏C反应蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(t=41.036 8,P=0.000 0);对照组的外周血WBC(6.58±2.11)×109/L、超敏C反应蛋白(1.82±0.47)μg/mL与普通小儿[(9.66±3.14)×109/L,(10.25±2.6)μg/mL]、重症小儿[(15.89±1.21)×109/L,(16.25±3.36)μg/mL]对比,差异有统计学意义(t=13.255 6,6.258 4,P=0.000 0);重症小儿的外周血WBC、超敏C反应蛋白与普通小儿对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当小儿发生手足口病时,小儿的免疫球蛋白各项指标和超敏C反应蛋白均能够发生明显变化,对上述指标进行检验,能够有效判断小儿手足口病,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of immunoglobulin of hand foot mouth disease in children and hs-CRP.Methods 65 cases of children with hand foot mouth disease and 65 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups,including the experimental group and the control group,and all children were for immunoglobulin and hs-CRP,and the test results were compared between the two groups.Results Various indexes of immunoglobulin in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(0.62±0.12),(8.94±1.21),(2.59±0.21)g/L and(1.36±0.36),(13.69±2.11),(1.12±0.11)g/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.721 9,15.744 4,49.992 6,P=0.000 0),and the hs-CRP level in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,[(9.88±1.25)vs(1.98±0.92)],and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(t=41.036 8,P=0.000 0);and the peripheral blood WBC(6.58±2.11)×109/L,hs-CRP(1.82±0.47)μg/mL were in the control group,and the[(9.66±3.14)×109/L,(10.25±2.6)μg/mL]were in common children and(15.89±1.21)×109/L,(16.25±3.36)μg/mL were in severe children,and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.255 6,6.258 4,P=0.000 0);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Various indicators of immunoglobulin in children and hs-CRP can have an obvious change when the children have hand foot mouth disease,and the test of the above indicators can effectively determine the hand foot mouth disease in children,and it is of higher application value.
