Underwater Camera Pan-Tilt for Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 提出一种用于水下的、可实现摄像头俯仰、旋转运动的云台装置,详细阐述了该装置的硬件和软件设计。该设计选用直流减速电动机作为执行机构,通过两组齿轮传动实现摄像头的俯仰、旋转,增加水下照明和密封装置,控制系统由c8051f系列单片机处理完成,驱动电路与传感电路分开运行处理。实践结果表明,该云台装置体积小、拍摄范围广、控制简便可靠,能较好地完成核电厂水下视频检查任务。 This paper presents a kind of underwater camera pan-tilt which can make the camera pitch and rotate. The hardware and software design of the device are described in detail. The DC geared motor are used as the actuating mechanism, and the camera's pitching and rotating are driven by two sets of gears. Underwater lighting and sealing device are added. The control system is processed by c8051f singlechip. The drive circuit is separated from the sensing circuit. The practical results show that the device has small size and wide camera angle, simple and reliable operation control, which can complete the underwater video check task of the nuclear power plant well.
