摘要
近年来嵌入式处理器芯片性能得到了跨越式的发展,其应用范围也随之变得越来越广泛和普遍。与传统的采用PC+运动控制卡来构建数控系统的数控机床相比,采用嵌入式芯片的数控机床更加灵活方便,成本更加低廉。并且由于加工现场环境的复杂性,使用传统PC难以胜任加工稳定性和安全性的要求。因此采用嵌入式微控制器处理芯片和实时操作系统的数控系统得到进一步的发展。文中主要研究如何实现经济型桌面数控机床G代码译码模块。
In recent years, with the development of microcontroller performance, its application range has become more and more widespread and common. Compared with the traditional NC machine tools that use the PC+ motion control card to build the NC system, the NC machine tool with embedded chip is more flexible and convenient, and the cost is lower. And due to the complexity of the processing environment, the use of traditional PC is difficult to meet the requirements of processing stability and safety. Therefore, NC machine tools using embedded microcontroller processing chips and real-time operating systems have been further developed. This paper mainly studies the implementation method of economical desktop NC machine tool G code decoding module.
